  2. COLPAL 2.1 is an easy to use interactive 16/256 Color Palette display
  3. program that always stays on top of all other windows (with Windows 3.1)
  4. and displays the RGB values in decimal and hex notation.

  6. The COLPAL window can be resized and moved to any location on the screen.

  8. To install COLPAL simply copy the program to your hard disk and use the
  9. Program Manager's File - New menu to install it into the current program
  10. group.
